These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tyronix AI Growth Platform and website (the "Services") operated by Tyronix ("Tyronix," "we," or "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Send unsolicited, deceptive, or harassing messages through the platform.
• Upload or process contact data you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services.
• Use the Services to transmit malware or harmful code.

3. SMS & Messaging Compliance

The Services include SMS and messaging features. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients before sending messages and for complying with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and carrier guidelines. 4. Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of the business and customer data you provide to the Services. You grant Tyronix a limited license to use that data solely to operate and improve the Services for you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you submit.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, text, and branding, are owned by Tyronix and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding except as expressly permitted.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or outcomes from use of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tyronix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of revenue, customers, or data, arising from your use of the Services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tyronix harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe the Services are being misused.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
