SMS & Messaging Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
Tyronix provides SMS and text-messaging capabilities as part of its AI Growth Platform. This policy describes how messaging works, what consent is required, and how recipients can opt out. This policy supports compliance with A2P 10DLC carrier registration requirements.
1. Program Description
Tyronix sends SMS messages on behalf of its business users for purposes including appointment reminders, lead follow-up, review requests, customer reactivation, and transactional notifications. Messages are sent from standard 10-digit long code (10DLC) phone numbers.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the services a business uses and the recipient's interactions. Recipients may receive multiple messages per week. Recipients can opt out at any time (see below).
3. Consent
By providing a phone number to a Tyronix business user, and by opting in where prompted, the recipient consents to receive SMS messages from that business through the Tyronix platform. Business users are responsible for obtaining valid prior express written consent where required by law before sending marketing messages.
4. Opt-Out & Help
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS messages from that sender. You may receive one final confirmation message.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact the business whose message you received.
- Opting out of SMS does not affect other communications such as email, which are governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received, as determined by your mobile carrier and plan.
6. Prohibited Use
Tyronix prohibits the use of its messaging services for unsolicited messages, deceptive content, harassment, or any content that violates applicable law or carrier acceptable use policies. We may suspend messaging for any business user who violates these rules.
7. Carrier Compliance (A2P 10DLC)
Tyronix registers messaging campaigns with U.S. mobile carriers through the A2P 10DLC framework. Business users may be required to provide business and use-case information for campaign registration and brand vetting. We reserve the right to refuse or pause messaging for campaigns that do not meet carrier requirements.
